Guidance on complaints

If you have a complaint concerning your workplace pension arrangement, you should first make a formal complaint to us under the scheme’s internal dispute resolution procedure (IDRP). A copy of this is available on request by email at enquiries@opentrustees.com. Please make sure that you include the name of your scheme when submit your request.

If we are unable to resolve the complaint with you, then you can refer your complaint to The Pensions Ombudsman. The Pensions Ombudsman can be contacted by telephone on 0800 917 4487 or by email at enquiries@pensions-ombudsman.org.uk.
