Claire Rankin

Claire is a Director of Open Trustees and is Chairperson of the Pensions Management Institute’s regional group in the South West. 

Claire has considerable knowledge and experience on a wide range of pension matters, including scheme funding, buy-ins and liability management exercises, wind-ups and regulatory compliance. Claire’s wider work includes documentation drafting, automatic enrolment compliance and advising in connection with scheme errors and benefit corrections.

Claire is also a Partner in Osborne Clarke’s pensions team and is a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers.
